Lake Tazawa】Lake Tazawa, the deepest lake in Japan with a depth of 423.4m, is surrounded by green mountains. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the lakeside from the pleasure boat. There is an auto campsite in the surrounding area, which is crowded with tourists during the summer season.

Akita Nairiku Jukan Railway】It is a local line that runs through the inland area of Akita prefecture. You can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons, such as the scenery of the countryside and mountains. You can also experience the culture and history of Akita. Inside the highly convenient train, there are many ways to make passengers happy.

Mt. Chokai】straddles both Akita and Yamagata prefectures and is also known as Dewa Fuji. Famous for its abundant alpine plants, it attracts tourists. In spring, it is crowded with tourists who come by skiing.

The best time to see the fresh green is from May to June, and the best time to see the autumn leaves is from mid to late October. Lake Towada in winter is also fantastic and beautiful.
